Training Terms of Service

By booking a course or training session with Glow Academy London, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please ensure you read and understand these terms prior to confirming your booking.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any training course. The deposit amount will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the course date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All payments are non-transferable unless agreed under exceptional circumstances.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 14 days' notice. Rescheduling with less than 14 days’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

  • In cases of genuine emergencies, please contact us directly. Rescheduling is at the discretion of Glow Academy London.

  • If we need to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of any payments made.

3. Attendance & Conduct

  • Students must arrive on time for their training. Late arrival may reduce training time or result in you being unable to participate.

  • You must conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner throughout the training.

  • We reserve the right to remove any student from the course if their behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe, without refund.

4. Certification

  • Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course and demonstration of competency.

  • Attendance alone does not guarantee certification; you must meet the required standards and demonstrate adequate skills.

5. Models

  • Some courses may require you to provide your own model(s). We will inform you in advance if this is necessary.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that your model meets any suitability criteria provided by Glow Academy London.

6. Health & Safety

  • Any health concerns or conditions must be disclosed prior to training.

  • We operate a safe and hygienic environment and expect all students to comply with our health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

7. Course Content & Intellectual Property

  • All training materials, techniques, and content provided are the intellectual property of Glow Academy London and are for personal educational use only.

  • You may not replicate, distribute, or teach our training material to others without prior written permission.

8. Liability

  • Glow Academy London is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training unless caused by our proven negligence.

  • Once trained, it is the student's responsibility to practice and implement skills safely and professionally in their own practice.

9. Updates to Terms

  • Glow Academy London reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

By booking and attending a course with Glow Academy London, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
